Chapel

The small, but spacious, Chapel had a central altar, seating on three sides, a pulpit opposite the altar, and a large and powerful icon-like painting on a Cross-shaped panel entitled “Christ the Worker”. It was furnished by Uvedale Lambert and his wife Melanie. It was dedicated by Mervyn Stockwood on 2 February 1962.

In 1984 the Chapel was re-ordered into a simpler and more flexible design.
